Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you (“you,” “customer”) and Cheap Fast Websites, operated by William P. Fields in Zephyrhills, Florida, USA (“we,” “us,” “Cheap Fast Websites”). Phone: 813-451-2204. Billing and notices: billing@cheapfastwebsites.com and tampasbestdj@gmail.com.
By paying, clicking start, checking the boxes, typing your name as an electronic signature, submitting a brief, or using a site we host, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not buy and do not use the service.
This is written in plain English on purpose so both sides can read it. It is the contract. Checking the boxes and typing your name on the order form is how you sign. It is not legal advice to you. If you want a lawyer to read it before you pay, do that first.
How you sign
On every paid plan you must check the boxes that apply and type your full name. That typed name is your electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. We keep the name, the boxes you checked, the time, and the IP address. A click, a card payment, or a checked box is also acceptance. You cannot later say you did not read this because the boxes were there.
What you get for your money — and what you do not
Read the plan you are buying. Mixing plans in your head does not change what you paid for. None of these plans is a store, a booking app, a members portal, email hosting, ads we run, or “we will rank you #1 on Google.”
$27 one-page (optional +$27 lifetime hosting)
You get: a simple one-page website drafted from your answers; the weekend pack file; files you can download. If you add +$27, we keep that one page on our server for the life of that page as long as use stays legal and the server still exists. Registrar domain fees are yours.
You do not get: the custom $1,000 / $500 site; the $49/month hosted website; monthly content changes; a store; email; ads; a number of leads; Google ranking. Later edits are quoted. +$27 lifetime hosting can still be taken down for illegal use, malware, or abuse.
$49 a month hosted website ($0 down or $49 down)
You get: a standard marketing website we design; hosting and SSL on our server while you pay; help pointing a domain you own; two Small Changes per calendar month (about 15–30 minutes each: hours, phone, a photo you send, text on an existing page). Unused changes expire. Most standard builds finish in under 72 hours after a usable brief.
You do not get: ownership of the hosted layout while the plan is unpaid; cPanel; email hosting; new pages or redesigns inside the $49; SEO campaigns; a store or app; a ranking prize; a guaranteed number of leads; unused changes as cash. This is a month-to-month service, not a site you have paid off. If you stop paying, we can restrict, pause, or delete it as written below.
Custom website — $1,000 list, or $500 if you pay in full by September 30, 2026
You get: a custom single-page or multi-section marketing site; phone-ready layout; a contact form or the buttons you need; basic SEO tags (title, meta, Open Graph — not ranking); hosting setup on Bluehost or your host; domain/DNS help; one revision round (you send one list, we apply it). After it is paid in full, the files we built for that job are yours.
You do not get: a store, app, or members portal at this price; extra revision rounds; later edits (quoted); an SEO retainer; #1 on Google; the $49 monthly change allotment. $500 is only if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. $100 down starts the same job at $1,000. $900 is due before we are required to launch. The $500 figure is not a payment plan.
1. The three plans
Cheap Fast Websites sells three products. They are different jobs. Mixing them in your head does not change what you bought.
- One-page ($27 once). We build a simple one-page. You host the files, unless you add +$27 lifetime hosting on our server ($54 total). Details on /pack/. That +$27 lifetime hosting is a one-time hosting fee for that one-page only. It is not the $49 monthly Hosted Website plan, and it does not include monthly content changes.
- Hosted Website ($49 per month). We design a standard marketing website, we host it, and we keep it online while you pay. You may start with $0 down or $49 down (first month). Then $49 each month. Two small content changes per calendar month are included. This is a month-to-month service, not a site you have fully paid off. Full rules are in Section 3.
- Custom website ($1,000 list). You buy a standard marketing website. Through September 30, 2026, the same job is $500 if you pay in full that day. $100 down starts the $1,000 job; $900 is due before launch. The $500 figure is not a payment plan and does not apply to $100 down. One revision round is included. After it is paid, the files are yours.
Stores, apps, member portals, large catalogs, and “rank me #1 on Google” are not in any of these prices. We will quote those separately or tell you to go elsewhere.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, domain registration at a registrar, and extra work you ask for are extra if they apply.
2. How a job starts
A job starts when (a) we receive a valid payment for that plan, or (b) on the $0-down Hosted Website path, when you submit the start form and we accept the job in writing or by email. We may refuse a job (illegal content, scams, or work we cannot do at this price) and refund any card charge we have not yet earned.
The “under 72 hours” clock starts after we have payment (or an accepted $0-down Hosted Website brief) and a usable brief: business name, what you do, photos or a clear note that there are none, and how you want people to reach you. Waiting on you for photos, copy, logins, or a domain is not our delay.
After you pay a Custom or One-page job, or after a Hosted Website is accepted, you brief the build (including Johnny Five, the interview that drafts the site). A person proofs the draft before we call it live.
3. Hosted Website — $49 a month
This section is the Hosted Website agreement. It is the part that lets us suspend or cancel an account for non-payment and related breaches.
3.1 What $49 a month includes
- A standard marketing website (single-page or multi-section) that we design and publish for you.
- Hosting on our server, HTTPS/SSL, and ordinary uptime on shared hosting. This is not a dedicated server, not email hosting, and not a 99.99% SLA.
- Help pointing a domain you own (A record to our server). Registrar fees are yours.
- Two (2) Small Changes per calendar month while the plan is current and not suspended.
A Small Change is a content edit that typically takes about 15–30 minutes, for example: swapping a photo you send, changing hours, phone, address, or email; editing text on an existing page; adding or changing a social link; fixing a typo. Turnaround for accepted Small Changes is two to three business days.
These are not Small Changes: a new page, a redesign, new colors or layout, a new form, booking, ecommerce, copywriting from scratch, SEO campaigns, logo design, email setup, or anything that is not a short edit to what is already live. Unused Small Changes expire at the end of the calendar month. They do not roll over and have no cash value. Extra work is quoted first.
3.2 $0 down or $49 down
- $49 down: You pay the first month today. We start. Then $49 is due each month on that billing date until you or we cancel under these Terms.
- $0 down: You pay nothing today. We may start the draft. The first $49 is due when we first put the site on a public URL (including a preview or subdomain) or 14 days after you send a usable brief, whichever comes first. Then $49 each month on that billing date. If that first $49 is not paid when due, we do not have to launch, and we may take down any preview.
The monthly fee is billed in advance for the coming month. A card on file (including through Stripe) is authorization to charge $49 each period until canceled. A declined card is not a cancellation.
3.3 Month-to-month; no refunds for time already paid
The Hosted Website plan renews every month until canceled. You may cancel any time by emailing billing@cheapfastwebsites.com or tampasbestdj@gmail.com before the next charge. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current period. We do not prorate unused days or unused Small Changes, except where Florida law requires otherwise or we choose to make an exception in writing.
Give us a couple of business days to process a cancel. Do not assume a failed card canceled the plan.
3.4 We may restrict, suspend, or cancel
You give us the right to restrict the service (refuse changes, slow support, password-protect the site), suspend it (take it offline or replace it with a paused page), and cancel the plan, as follows.
For any reason. On the Hosted Website plan we may end the plan for any reason, or no reason, by emailing the address on the account at least fourteen (14) days in advance. We do not have to explain beyond “we are ending the plan.” Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. After the notice period the site comes down unless you have paid a quoted export or another plan.
Immediately (cause). We may restrict, suspend, or cancel immediately, with or without prior notice, if: you do not pay; a chargeback is filed; you use the site for illegal, fraudulent, spam, malware, phishing, or content that exploits minors; you abuse staff or the server; a host, registrar, or law enforcement requires it; or continuing the account creates a legal or security problem we will not accept.
3.5 Non-payment — timelines
You agree that hosting is a paid service. If we do not get paid, we do not have to keep the website online. You authorize us to do all of the following, without filing a lawsuit first:
- Notice. If a charge fails or an invoice is unpaid, we will try to email the address on the account. It is your job to keep that email working. A bounce does not stop these timelines.
- Day 5 past due. We may refuse Small Changes and other work. We may suspend the website: take it offline, password-protect it, or replace it with a page that says the site is paused for billing.
- Day 14 past due. We may terminate the Hosted Website plan. After termination we may keep a backup for thirty (30) days. After those 30 days we may delete the files, database, and previews. Restore after deletion is not promised and, if we still have a copy, is quoted.
- Reinstatement. If the site is only suspended (not yet deleted) and you pay every amount then due, we may restore it. A $49 reinstatement fee is due with that payment. Restoration is not owed if we have already deleted the files.
- Export hold. We do not have to send you files, logins, or a copy of the site while any amount is past due.
- Collections. Amounts you already owed for months the site was public, plus the reinstatement fee if you asked us to restore, remain due. We may use ordinary collection methods for unpaid balances.
- Chargebacks. A chargeback or payment dispute on a month the site was public is treated as non-payment. We may suspend immediately.
You agree that taking the site down for non-payment is a contract right, not a “penalty” we have to prove in court, and not a conversion of your photos or words. Your originals stay yours. The hosted copy is a licensed copy we are allowed to withdraw when you stop paying.
3.6 Who owns what on the Hosted Website plan
- You own your name, logo, photos, and the words you give us.
- You own a domain you registered. If we registered a domain for you, we will transfer it after the account is paid up and you cover any registrar transfer fee. We may let a domain we registered expire if the plan is terminated for non-payment.
- While you pay, we license you to use the layout, code, and design we made, on our hosting only. That license ends when the plan ends.
- If you cancel and the account is paid up, we will, on written request within 14 days of the last paid day, send a zip of the then-current HTML, CSS, and images we have. That is an export, not a custom rebuild, not a WordPress theme, and not email. After that, hosting and Small Changes stop.
- If you want to own the custom job outright instead of renting hosting, that is the Custom website plan, quoted or paid separately.
3.7 Your promises on the Hosted Website plan
You will: pay on time; send accurate info; send photos and copy you have the right to use; keep a working email; not use the site for illegal activity, spam, malware, scams, or content that exploits minors; and not attack or overload the server. We may suspend or terminate immediately for those last items, without the 5-day wait.
4. Custom website and One-page
Custom website. $1,000 list. $500 if paid in full by September 30, 2026. $100 down starts the $1,000 job; $900 is due before we are required to launch. If the balance is not paid, we may withhold launch, withhold files, and keep the deposit for work already done. One revision round means you send one list after you see the draft, and we apply it. Extra rounds are quoted. After the job is paid in full, we will hand over the files we built for that job.
One-page ($27). You get a simple page and the weekend pack file. Optional +$27 lifetime hosting is only for that page, on our server, with no monthly change allotment. Edits after delivery are quoted. Lifetime hosting for the $27 page may still be ended if you use it for illegal content or unpaid extra work we had to take down for security; we will email you first when we reasonably can.
Referral pay ($50) is only when a referred custom website is paid in full. It is not paid on a $100 deposit alone, not on the $27 pack, and not on the $49 Hosted Website plan. See /refer/.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use any plan for: crime; fraud; malware; spam; phishing; content that sexualizes minors; content we reasonably believe will get the server blacklisted; or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content or suspend immediately for this. We may also suspend if a third party (host, registrar, law enforcement) requires it.
6. Disclaimers
The sites are provided as-is. We do not promise search rankings, a number of leads, uninterrupted uptime, or that a draft will match a picture in your head on the first pass. Shared hosting can go down. Backups we take are for our operations; they are not a guaranteed archive for you. You should keep copies of your photos and copy.
Johnny Five is an AI interview used to draft. A person proofs before we call a site live. AI can still get a fact wrong if the brief is wrong. You are responsible for checking names, prices, hours, and licenses on the draft.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost data, reputational harm, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is capped at the amount you paid us for that plan in the three (3) months before the claim (or, for a one-time Custom or One-page job, the amount you paid for that job). Some places do not allow these limits; if that is you, the limit is the largest one the law allows.
This cap does not try to excuse harm we cause on purpose.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and pay us (including reasonable legal fees) if someone sues us because of content you supplied, a claim that you did not have rights to a photo or name, or your misuse of the site.
9. Privacy
How we handle names, emails, and cards is in the Privacy page. Cards go through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
10. Electronic agreement
A click, a typed name, a card payment, or a checked “I agree” box is your electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. We may keep logs of that acceptance.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. For the Hosted Website plan we will email the address on the account at least thirty (30) days before a change that raises the monthly fee or shortens the past-due timelines above. If you do not agree, cancel before the change date. Keeping the site up after that date is acceptance of the new Terms. A change does not rewrite a Custom or One-page job you already paid unless we both agree in writing.
12. Florida law; where disputes go
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive venue of the state courts in Pasco County, Florida, or the federal court that covers that county, for any dispute we cannot settle by email. You agree to that venue even if you are not in Florida.
If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right once, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, plus the plan page you bought from, are the whole agreement for that job. They replace prior chats about the same job.
