For your trade
An event bartender site that takes the date
A couple or an office with a date is not looking for a taproom. This is event bartending, not a bar or restaurant page. They need: do you take this kind of event, on this date, what the package is, and how they send an inquiry. Stock whiskey shelves and “our mixology journey” do not book Saturday. Packages, the kind of events you work, and a form with the date on it do. A 40-page cocktail manifesto with no phone is how you lose the gig.
Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. This page is the event-bartender version of that product: a marketing site a stranger can use on a phone. What you staff, a tap-to-call number, a form that arrives. Not a POS. Not a liquor cart. Not a members area. If you already live in HoneyBook, Square invoices, a shared inbox, or texts, the site sends them there. We do not rebuild software you will not open. Hours of a brick-and-mortar bar do not belong here. That is a different trade.
Wedding vs corporate vs private vs nonprofit is a fork. Say it. Beer-and-wine vs full bar vs signature drinks vs staff-only (they buy the liquor) are different packages. If you will not do destination, tents, cash bars, or events over a headcount, put that line on the first screen. Wrong leads waste the call. Guest-count floors only if you actually have them. We will not invent a celebrity wedding. License, insurance, and TIPS or ServeSafe only if you want them public. We typeset what you hold. We will not invent a number. We will typeset packages you actually sell. We will not write “craft cocktails for every budget” unless the numbers on the page are real.
Photos: bars you actually ran, with permission. Phone photos of a setup you built, a mobile bar you own, a wedding you staffed. Skip stock pours and a neon sign in a lounge you do not run. We will not steal another bartender’s tablescape. We will not write “raising the bar” filler. Use the words you use on the first call: package, date, headcount, beer and wine, full bar. Prices: a starting package if the fee is real. Hide it if every job is a scoped proposal. Do not put “bartenders from $99” you will not honor.
Event bartending, packages, the date on the form
- The work you take — wedding, corporate, private — and a line on what you do not
- Packages: beer/wine vs full bar vs signature vs staff-only, spelled out
- Towns or a radius you actually work. Not the whole state.
- Three to ten photos of events you staffed, not a stock lounge
- A form: name, phone, date, guest count, wedding vs other, package if they know it. Big tap targets.
- Tap-to-call. 813-451-2204 is how this shop does it on our own pages.
Keep the form short. Name, phone, date, about how many people, what kind of event. A 40-field cocktail quiz on mobile loses the inquiry. Put the phone in the first screen as a real tel link. Hours or “call back next business day” if that is the truth. Fake “only two 2026 dates left” clocks stay off unless the calendar is real. A chat widget nobody staffs from a setup is a closed shop. We will not typeset a restaurant menu or tonight’s tap list. This is not a bar site.
What we will not pretend
We do not promise you will rank #1 for “bartender.” Basic SEO on this job is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a map-pack prize. Not 40 town pages stuffed with the same paragraph. We will not put fake awards or a “best mixologist” badge you bought. If you already have a site, check it before you pay. If the packages are true and the date field works, stay and patch. If the number is a picture of a shaker, or the last guy took the login, rebuild. Not at this price: a liquor cart, a POS, a native app, a members portal. Those get a quote. We will not put fake NAP schema on a lounge we invented. Labeled samples of other trades sit at /examples/. They are layouts, not clients.
