A standard marketing website is $1,000. Pay $500 in full by September 30, 2026 and that is the whole bill. $100 down starts the same job at the full $1,000 — $900 is due before launch. The $500 price is not a payment plan. Pay on /sale/.
What's in the build?
A custom single-page or multi-section marketing site. Looks right on phones. Contact form or the buttons you actually need. Basic SEO — title, meta, Open Graph. Hosting setup on Bluehost or your host. Domain / DNS help. One round of revisions. That is the site. Not a store. Not an app. See what you pay.
72 hours — when does the clock start?
After you pay and we have a usable brief: name, what the business does, photos, domain or host. Not when you first thought about a website. Waiting a week on photos, or asking for a cart or an app, is not a 72-hour job. How the 72 hours actually work.
Do you rank me #1 on Google?
No. We set a real title, meta description, and share image so Google and social apps can read the page. Ranking takes the business, the city, and time. Anyone selling “#1 overnight” with the website is selling a hope. Ongoing SEO is quoted separately — it is not in this price. Check the site you have now.
Do you work worldwide?
Yes. The work runs 24/7. You do not have to be in Tampa. Phone is still a US number: 813-451-2204. Tampa, Florida, and worldwide.
$27 pack vs the full site?
The $27 pack is a simple one-page you host yourself. +$27 lifetime hosting on our server if you want it. It is not the $500* custom site, and it is not a revision round on a full layout. If you need the business to look like a real company, pay the full path.
What does “one revision” mean?
You look at the draft. You send one list. We apply it. That is the round. Extra rounds and later edits are quoted. The $27 pack is a simple page, not the same revision path.
What don’t you do?
Full ecommerce carts and large catalogs. Custom web apps and member portals. Multi-week brand systems. “We’ll rank you #1” retainers as part of the website price. If that is you, say so — we will quote or tell you to go elsewhere. Already have a URL? Free 60-second check.
How do I pay?
Card checkout on this site. After payment you brief the build. Start on /sale/ for the full site, or /pack/ for the $27 one-page.
Do you host the site?
Hosting setup is included on Bluehost or your existing host. Tell us which you have. The $27 pack is files you host yourself unless you add +$27 lifetime hosting. Full site · $27 pack.
Do I need a domain?
If you already own one, we connect it. If not, we help you get one and point it at the new site. The registrar click is still yours. Pay, then brief that.
Can you update the site later?
Yes. Small updates and larger changes are quoted after launch. One revision round is already in the $500* build — after that, it is a separate job.
Already have a website?
Paste the URL into the free 60-second check. If the contact path, titles, or share image are missing, that is the work — not a new slogan. Rebuild is /sale/.
Who actually builds it?
After you pay, an interview collects the brief and a draft is built. A person proofs it before it is called live. You are not talking to a call center. Live sites from this shop.
Do you pay for referrals?
Yes. $50 when a business you send pays in full for a closed custom website — the $500 sale, or the $1,000 job once the rest is paid. Not the $100 deposit alone. Not the $27 pack. Not a coupon for the customer. Get your link.
