For your trade
A martial arts site that shows class times
A parent shopping a school, or an adult who wants to start, is checking two things: when are the classes, and is this for their age. Stock kicks in perfect light do not answer that. They want a schedule, kids vs adults, what a trial costs or if it is free, and a photo of the actual room. A 2,000-word belt-philosophy essay does not book Tuesday at 6.
If you already run Mindbody, Zen Planner, Spark, or a paper waiver at the desk, the site should send them there. We do not fake a cart, an app, or a members area at this price. Quote those. The marketing page is hours, the grid, the trial, and a phone they can tap. One book button. Not five portals and a Facebook event.
Kids, teens, and adults are different next steps. Put ages on the class list. If you do not take under-five, say so. If the intro is a trial week, put the rule. Fake “limited spots” clocks stay off unless the spots are real. We will not write “unleash the warrior” copy. We will not invent a lineage you did not give us.
What belongs on a martial arts site
- Class times and ages, in a grid a phone can read
- Trial class or intro, with the price if you share it
- What you teach — BJJ, karate, Muay Thai, judo — and what you do not
- Real photos of the mats and the room. Phone photos beat stock kicks.
- One book or trial button, pointed at the tool you already answer
A schedule you cannot keep current is worse than a short “call for times.” If the grid changes every season, you need a page you can edit without a CMS degree, or a link to the calendar you already update. We will not rebuild your membership software. Belt ranks and a “what to wear on day one” note save the front desk from the same email 20 times a week. After-school vs evening, competition vs rec — pick what is true. A “we do it all” paragraph that lists twelve styles nobody on staff teaches is worse than a short list.
Parents want to know if they can watch, where to park, and whether siblings sit in the lobby. Adults want to know if they will be the only beginner. Put those lines on the trial page. Testimonials only if they are real names, not “Transformed Student.” We will not write fake black-belt bios.
What we will not put on the page
We will not promise you will rank #1 for “karate near me.” Basic SEO here is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. That is not a ranking prize. We will not put trophy-case montage as a substitute for class times. We will not build a members portal, a belt-test store, or a video library at $500*. If you already have one, we link it.
$500* for a standard marketing site. Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. $100 down starts the full $1,000 job, not the sale. The sale is pay-in-full only, not a payment plan. A one-page with times and a phone is $27 if you host it. Add $27 for lifetime hosting on our server ($54). Worldwide, 24/7. Phone 813-451-2204. Most standard jobs ship under 72 hours when the brief is clear.
Live work on this shop is our own sites — Tampa’s Best DJ, Pets Helping Pets, LazerMerch — not fake client revenue. A school page is the same shape: when you meet, who it is for, how to try a class, then stop. Check the site you have now. If the schedule is a 2019 PDF, that is the problem. Pay and start when you are ready.
