A manufactured-home site that gets the park call
A HUD-code home in a Florida park is not a stick-built remodel. The owner wants to know if you set units, hang skirting, service the AC, level, or do interior work in a manufactured house — and whether you come to this park. A stock suburban kitchen in a house you never entered does not book the job. A photo of skirting you hung, a unit you set, or an AC you swapped does.
Set-up vs skirting vs AC vs leveling vs interior vs transport is the fork. A new set in a park and a skirt repair on a 1990s single-wide are different days. HUD / manufactured / modular vs stick-built is the other split. If you will not move a home, will not touch a roof, will not do stick-built, or will not work in a park that requires a vendor pass, put that on the first screen. An 80-item “we remodel homes” list you pass is how you win a lead you ghost. Park vs private lot: say which you actually drive.
Photos: units you set, skirting you hung, AC you installed, interiors you actually finished in a manufactured home. Phone photos in daylight. Skip stock ranch houses. We will not steal another dealer’s lot. Towns and park names only if you actually serve them — do not list every park in the state. License, HUD, and insurance only if you want them public. We typeset what you hold. We will not invent a dealer or installer number. Prices: a skirt range or a set-up range if the range is real. Hide it if every job is a look first. Do not put “any AC $99” you will not honor.
Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. If you already quote from a photo of the skirt, a park manager’s call, or a notebook on the lot, the site asks for that photo. We do not rebuild a dealer inventory cart, a lot search, or a members area at this price. Quote those. If you already list units on a classifieds site or a park sheet, we can link it. We will not rebuild it.
HUD and park work, not a stick-built remodel
- Set-up vs skirting vs AC vs leveling vs interior — only what you take
- HUD / manufactured / modular, and a line on stick-built you will not
- Florida parks or lots you actually drive. Not the whole state.
- Photos of work on manufactured homes. Not a stock ranch kitchen.
- A form: name, phone, park or town, year/make if they know it, skirting/AC/set-up, a photo. Big tap targets.
- Tap-to-call plus the form. One path, not five “mobile living” pages.
Keep the form short. Name, phone, park or town, what failed or what they want set, a photo. A 40-field HUD quiz on mobile loses the dispatch. Put the phone in the first screen as a real tel link. Hours or next-business-day callback if that is the truth. Fake “homes from $499/month” clocks stay off unless you actually sell that. A chat widget nobody staffs from a park is a closed shop. We will not typeset stick-built additions you did not send.
What we will not pretend
We do not promise #1 Google for “mobile home repair.” Basic SEO is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a ranking prize. We will not put fake NAP schema on a park we invented. We will not list every Florida park to look bigger. We will not write this as a house-remodeler site. Labeled samples at /examples/ are layouts, not clients. If the site you have now is a stock ranch and no form, check it.
