Someone with a stack of papers is not hunting for a stock gold seal and a Latin motto. They need: do you stamp this kind of document, do you come to them or do they come to you, when are you free, and how do they book. A handshake over a desk does not answer that. Hours, office vs mobile, and a short form do. A wall of every document type in the state is how you win a lead you will send away.

Office vs mobile is a fork. Say it. A hospital bedside, a closing table, and a walk-in at set hours are different days. General notary work, loan signings, I-9s, and wills are different jobs. If you will not do remote online notarization, put that on the first screen. Wrong leads waste the afternoon. If you only travel inside a county, do not list the whole metro. Keep the form short. Name, phone, town, what needs a stamp, when. A 40-field intake on mobile loses the appointment. A “text us a picture of the first page” line beats a CMS they will never use. Put the phone in the first screen as a real tel link. Hours or “call back next business day” if that is the truth. Fake “booked solid this weekend” clocks stay off unless that is true. A chat widget nobody staffs from the car is a closed shop.
What we will not pretend
We do not promise you will rank #1 for “notary near me” in a big county. Basic SEO on this job is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a map-pack prize. Not 40 town pages stuffed with the same paragraph. We will not put fake awards, fake NNA badges, or a “best notary” sticker you bought. If you already have a site, check it before you pay. If the hours are real and the form works, stay and patch. If the number is a picture of a stamp, or the last guy took the login, rebuild.
