For your trade
A PT site that takes the new patient
A person who needs PT is not watching a 90-second “movement philosophy” reel. They need: do you take new patients, do you take their insurance, do they need a referral, and how do they book. A stock stretching model in perfect light does not answer that. Hours, the new-patient path, and one book or call button do. A fake list of specialties you do not treat is how you win a visit you refer out.
Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. This page is the physical-therapy version of that product: a marketing site a stranger can use on a phone. New vs returning, hours, insurance if you share it, a tap-to-call number, a book path that arrives. Not a home-exercise app. Not a fourth calendar. Not a members portal. If you already live in WebPT, Jane, Clinicient, Prompt, or a front-desk book, the site sends them there. We do not rebuild software you will not open.
Ortho vs sports vs pelvic vs pediatric vs vestibular vs neuro is a fork. Say which you take on the first screen. If you do not take workers’ comp, auto, or a certain age, put that line next to the list. Direct access vs MD referral is the other fork. Write the state rule you actually follow, not a national slogan. Insurance: a list only if you want it public. We will not invent networks. Cash-pay and Superbill only if you actually offer them. License only if you want it public. We typeset what you hold. We will not invent a PT number. Extra clinics only if they are real.
Photos: the gym or the treatment room you actually have, the parking if it is hard. Phone photos in daylight are fine. Skip stock white-coat grins and a rented spine model. We will not steal another clinic’s shots. We will not write “pain-free living” copy. Use the words you use on the phone: new patient, referral, eval, insurance. HEP stays in the tool you already send — we link it, we do not become a second exercise app. Prices: an eval range if you share it. Hide it if every visit is a benefits check. Do not put “$49 any visit” you will not honor.
New patient, hours, insurance if you share it
- What you treat — ortho, sports, pelvic, peds — and a line on what you do not
- Direct access vs referral, spelled out
- Insurance list only if you want it public — we will not invent networks
- Hours, new vs returning, parking note if it matters
- One book or call button pointed at Jane, WebPT, or the desk you already answer. A short form: name, phone, referral yes/no, what hurts. Big tap targets.
- Tap-to-call. 813-451-2204 is how this shop does it on our own pages.
Keep the form short. Name, phone, new or returning, referral, what they need. A 40-field medical history on a phone loses the eval. Put the phone in the first screen as a real tel link. After-hours: say if you answer, or say next business day. Fake “same-day eval always” clocks stay off unless that is true. A chat widget nobody staffs from the gym is a closed shop. We will not typeset a specialty list you did not send.
What we will not pretend
We do not promise you will rank #1 for “physical therapy” against hospital systems. Basic SEO on this job is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a map-pack prize. Not 40 town pages stuffed with the same paragraph. If you already have a site, check it before you pay. If the new-patient path is clear and the book button works, stay and patch. If the number is a picture of a table, or the last guy took the login, rebuild.
Not at this price: a HEP app, a patient portal, a native app, a billing system. Those get a quote. We will not write fake “award-winning clinic” copy. We will not put fake “best PT in town” awards on the page. We will not put fake NAP schema on a gym we invented. Labeled samples of other trades sit at /examples/. They are layouts, not clients.
$500* for a standard marketing site. $100 down starts the full $1,000 job. That is not the sale. $500 is pay-in-full by September 30, 2026 only. A one-page with hours and a phone is $27. +$27 lifetime hosting on our server if you want that ($54). Worldwide, 24/7. Most jobs under 72 hours when the brief is clear. Send: clinic name, what you treat, what you refuse, insurance if public, the scheduler URL you already use, a few photos, the current site if any. Phone 813-451-2204.
