For your trade
A property manager site that splits owner and tenant
An owner looking for a manager is not watching a “we care about every door” reel. They need: do you take this kind of property, do you work this town, and how do they send the building. A tenant with a leak needs the portal they already pay rent in, not a second form. Stock keys on a marble counter do not answer either. Two paths — owner vs tenant — and a short list of what you actually manage do. A fake 400-door inventory you do not run is how you win a lead you ghost.
Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. This page is the property-manager version of that product: a marketing site a stranger can use on a phone. What you manage, towns you cover, an owner inquiry, a tenant button pointed at the portal you already run. Not a new AppFolio. Not a rent cart. Not a members area we invent. If you already live in AppFolio, Buildium, RentManager, Propertyware, or a shared inbox, the site sends them there. We do not rebuild software you will not open.
Single-family vs small multifamily vs HOA vs commercial vs short-term is a fork. Say which you take on the first screen. If you will not take vacation, Section 8, or a 200-unit tower, put that line next to the list. Towns as text. Do not list the whole metro if you only drive a set of zips. Owner vs tenant is the other fork. Owners get a form: name, phone, address, units, what they need. Tenants get a link to pay rent, submit maintenance, and apply — in the tool they already use. We will not fake a second portal. License and brokerage only if you want them public. We typeset what you hold. We will not invent a CAM number or a door count.
Photos: buildings you actually manage, if the owner allows it. Phone photos in daylight are fine. Skip stock glass towers in another city. We will not steal listing photos from a competitor. We will not write “trusted stewards of your asset” copy. Use the words you use on the phone: owner, tenant, maintenance, lease. Fees: a management percent if you share it. Hide it if every building is a conversation. Do not put “1% any door” you will not honor. Vacancy marketing only if you actually list units.
Owner path, tenant path, no fake door count
- What you manage — SFR, small multi, HOA, commercial — and a line on what you do not
- Towns or radius you actually cover — do not list the whole metro
- Owner form: name, phone, address, units, what they need. Big tap targets.
- Tenant button to the portal you already run — pay, maintenance, apply
- License / brokerage line if you want it public
- Tap-to-call. 813-451-2204 is how this shop does it on our own pages.
Keep the owner form short. A 40-field RFP on a phone loses the building. Put the phone in the first screen as a real tel link. After-hours maintenance: say if you answer, or say the vendor list, or say next business day. Fake “always staffed” clocks stay off unless that is true. A chat widget nobody staffs from the office is a closed shop. We will not typeset a unit inventory you did not send.
What we will not pretend
We do not promise you will rank #1 for “property management” in a big county. Basic SEO on this job is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a map-pack prize. Not 40 neighborhood pages stuffed with the same paragraph. If you already have a site, check it before you pay. If the owner path is clear and the tenant link works, stay and patch. If the number is a picture of a key, or the last guy took the login, rebuild.
Not at this price: a new tenant portal, a rent cart, a native app, a listings MLS. Those get a quote. We will not invent 400 doors to look bigger. We will not put fake “best manager in town” awards on the page. We will not put fake NAP schema on a building we invented. Labeled samples of other trades sit at /examples/. They are layouts, not clients.
$500* for a standard marketing site. $100 down starts the full $1,000 job. That is not the sale. $500 is pay-in-full by September 30, 2026 only. A one-page with an owner form and a phone is $27. +$27 lifetime hosting on our server if you want that ($54). Worldwide, 24/7. Most jobs under 72 hours when the brief is clear. Send: company name, what you manage, what you refuse, towns, the portal URL tenants already use, the current site if any. Phone 813-451-2204.
