Someone who needs a unit is not watching a “space for your life” reel. They need: what sizes you have, when the gate is open, and how they rent. Stock boxes in a clean hallway do not answer that. If 10×20 is full, say call, or say the next size. Gate hours vs office hours is the other fork. Write both. After-hours access only if the gate actually opens. Deposit, first month, and whether they need an ID on site: a short line. We will not invent a “first month free” you will not honor. License or facility number only if you send it. Extra sites only if they are real.
Photos: the lot, a drive-up row, a climate hall, the gate. Phone photos in daylight are fine. A 10×10 with the door up beats a stock warehouse in another state. We will not steal another facility’s drone shot. We will not write “your extra closet” copy. Use the words you use on the phone: size, gate, office, rent. Prices: a size list with a range if you share it. Hide it if every unit is a call. Do not put “$29 any size” you will not honor. Lock, insurance, and late-fee rules belong next to the rent path if you actually run them.

Put the phone in the first screen as a real tel link. Fake “only three units left” clocks stay off unless the board is actually that tight. A chat widget nobody staffs from the lot is a closed shop. We will not typeset a size chart you did not send. A live 200-unit cart with empty/occupied is not in this price. If you want that, ask. We quote it.
What we will not pretend
We do not promise you will rank #1 for “self storage” against the national operators. Basic SEO on this job is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a map-pack prize. Not 40 town pages stuffed with the same paragraph. If you already have a site, check it before you pay. If the sizes are true and the rent path works, stay and patch. If the number is a picture of a roll-up, or the last guy took the login, rebuild.
