Churches
A church website that shows when you meet
People looking for a church this Sunday are on a phone. They need: when you meet, where the building is, whether kids are welcome, and who to email if they walk in. A homepage of stock stained glass and a 2014 bulletin PDF does not answer that. They bounce and try the next result that shows times in the first screen. This is a checklist, not a theology. The site’s job is the next visit. A brand film can wait. A 40-page archive of old bulletins can wait.
Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. Most standard jobs finish in under 72 hours when the brief is clear. A one-page with times and a map is $27, +$27 lifetime hosting on our server ($54). If you already give through Tithe.ly, Pushpay, or a bank link, we point at that. We do not invent a second donation machine you will not check. We do not promise rankings for “church near me.” We put the times where a human can read them.
Put these on the first screen
- Service times, plus a midweek or second campus if you have one. If times change on holidays, say where you post that.
- Address and a map. Parking or transit only if it actually matters — a downtown garage, a confusing one-way, a shuttle.
- A short, true line on who you are: denomination if you use one, language, kids, dress. Not a manifesto.
- Who to talk to. A pastor or office email, tap-to-call, a first-visit form if someone will answer it.
- A link to the giving tool you already use. One button. Not four.
Phone photos of the actual room beat stock pews. If you cannot show faces, show the room empty, the door, the sign. Do not use a stock family from another country and call it Sunday. If you stream, one link to the tool you already go live on. Do not embed three players that autoplay on cellular in a parking lot. HTTPS. Hours that match the Google listing. If the listing says 10 and the site says 11, both look like a lie.
| Checklist item | On the site? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Service times in the first screen | Required | The whole point of the visit |
| Address + map | Required if you have a building | Match GBP. No fake suite |
| Tap-to-call or a staffed email | Required | A form nobody reads is worse than a phone |
| Kids / language / accessibility, if true | First screen or right under it | Do not hide the elevator in a PDF |
| Giving link you already use | One button | We do not fake a donation cart |
| Sermon archive from 2009 | Optional, later | Not the homepage |
| Stock stained glass | Skip | Shoot the door this afternoon |
What you can skip on day one
Every ministry mini-site. A calendar widget you will not update. A passworded member portal. That is a different product and a different quote. A blog you will not write. Staff photos you do not have yet — a name and an email is enough. A “vision 2030” deck. Event photos from a gym you borrowed in 2018 if you no longer meet there. Old addresses. An autoplayed worship video. Popups before the times. Lorem ipsum on About. Music on load.
If you have campuses, say the campus names and the times. If you meet in a school, say which door. If you are online-only, say that and put the stream link where the map would be. Do not put a street address you do not occupy. We will not add fake NAP markup. Bill is in Tampa. The shop works worldwide, 24/7. We will not costume a church in another city as a Tampa listing.
Cost, and how to brief it
$27 if times, map, and a phone are the whole job. $500* if you want a designed marketing site, a layout, a revision round, hosting setup, help pointing the domain. $100 down starts the $1,000 job. That is not the sale. $500 is pay-in-full by September 30, 2026 only. We do not have a clergy coupon besides that sale. We do not charge extra because you are a church. Same product as any brochure.
Send: the name on the sign, times, address, one sentence, photos, the giving URL, the current site if any, domain or a yes that we should help. Basic SEO is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a prize. Forms notify tampasbestdj@gmail.com on our own pages; yours should notify the office you actually staff. Phone 813-451-2204. See /for/churches for the short pitch, and live work if you want to see what this shop ships.
