Coral Springs is inland Broward: Sample Road and University Drive, west of the Turnpike, on the Sawgrass Expressway if you never left the ramps. Atlantic Boulevard also crosses it. This is a planned suburb, not a beach town. Hollywood’s Broadwalk and Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas are a drive east. Pines Boulevard is Pembroke Pines, farther south. None of that is a Cheap Fast Websites address. The shop is worldwide, run from Tampa / Zephyrhills. No public storefront. Hide the street.
We will not write Broadwalk copy for a business on Sample. “Family-friendly suburb” filler and fake “best of Coral Springs” badges stay off unless you send the proof. A dentist on University and a trade near the Sawgrass get the same job: a marketing site, not a west-Broward postcard.

Coral Springs does not get a suburb discount or a ranking package because the grid is neat. The laptop is in Tampa Bay. Files go back and forth. Basic SEO is a title, meta, and Open Graph. Local ranking is a different job we will not bundle into $500*.
