Lake Mary is Seminole County on I-4, north of Altamonte Springs and south of Sanford. Lake Mary Boulevard crosses the interstate. Heathrow sits on the west side. Colonial TownPark and the office parks face the ramps. This is not Sanford’s river downtown and it is not an Orlando franchise. None of those parks is a Cheap Fast Websites address. The shop is worldwide, run from Tampa / Zephyrhills. No public storefront. Hide the street.
Corporate-park adjectives you did not earn stay off the page. We will not write “business-friendly corridor,” “minutes from I-4,” or campus-lite copy for a firm that is not that. A practice on the boulevard and a shop near Heathrow get the same product: a marketing site, not an office-park directory. Fake “best of Lake Mary” badges stay off unless you send the proof.

The laptop is in Tampa Bay. Files go back and forth. Title, meta, and Open Graph are in the job. A map-pack prize is a different job we will not bundle into $500*.
