Oviedo is Seminole County east of Orlando: State Road 426 through downtown, State Road 434 crossing it, Red Bug Lake Road if you came from the south. Broadway is the old main. The Little Econ runs nearby. UCF sits south of the county line in Orange. That campus is not this city and it is not a Cheap Fast Websites annex. The shop is worldwide, run from Tampa / Zephyrhills. No public storefront. Hide the street.
Campus adjectives you did not send stay off. We will not write “minutes from UCF,” Knight-nation filler, or small-town porch copy for a business that is not that. A shop on 426 and a practice on 434 get the same job: a marketing site, not a student flyer. Fake “best of Oviedo” badges stay off unless you send the proof.

East Seminole is not a campus franchise
I-4 is west of here. Oviedo is not Altamonte and it is not Winter Park’s avenue. Being east of Orlando does not open a second shop, and sitting near a university does not change the price. Files go back and forth from Tampa Bay. Title, meta, and Open Graph are in the job. A map-pack prize is a different job we will not bundle into $500*.
