The Villages sits on the Sumter, Lake, and Marion line: Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood farther south, US-27 / US-441, CR-466 and 466A, Wildwood and I-75 to the west. It is a 55+ community with squares and golf carts. That is not a Cheap Fast Websites office. Ocala is north. We do not keep a second shop there either. The work is worldwide, run from Tampa / Zephyrhills. No public storefront. Hide the street.
Retirement-town copy and fake “best of The Villages” badges stay off unless that is actually the business and you send the proof. We will not write golf-cart poetry you did not ask for. A shop near the square and a trade on 466 get the same product: a marketing site, not a welcome-center pamphlet.
