Pets Helping Pets is a fundraiser for animal groups, not a pet contest (that is a different domain). Groups collect photos; the site has to explain the offer, take applications, and send people into a shop. That is more moving parts than a restaurant page, and it is still a website with a job: make the next step obvious.
If you run a group and you need a page that does not look like a leftover WordPress theme, this is the proof that the shop builds real programs, not only one-pagers.
