A landing page is one job. A website is the house.
People mix these up because both are URLs. A landing page is a single offer: one headline, one button, often paid traffic behind it. A website is the place a stranger can bookmark when they already decided they might call. You can have both. You do not always need both on day one.
Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. This shop sells a marketing website and a $27 one-page. Neither is a Facebook ad. If you needed an ads funnel with 14 variants, say so and we will quote or send you elsewhere. If you needed hours, a phone, and photos of the real work, keep reading.
What each word actually means
| Landing page | Marketing website | |
|---|---|---|
| Job | One offer, one click | Who you are, what you do, how to reach you |
| Usually lives | A path or a subdomain for an ad | yourname.com |
| Hours and map | Often stripped out “to convert” | Should be on the first screen |
| When it dies | When the campaign dies | It should still answer the phone |
| This shop | $27 one-page if that is honestly enough | $500* standard site |
A one-page website is not automatically a landing page. The $27 pack is hours, phone, offer, photos — a tiny website. A landing page that hides the phone because a guru said “one CTA” is how a plumber loses the Saturday emergency call.
When a landing page is the right buy
- You are running one paid campaign and the homepage would confuse the click.
- You have a weekend event and the URL can be ugly as long as it works.
- You already have a real site and you need a temporary offer page.
When it is the wrong buy: you have no homepage at all, Google Business Profile points at a Facebook page, and you are hoping a Carrd link will replace a company. That is not a funnel. That is hiding. Read when a website is worth it vs staying on social and Linktree vs a website.
What we will actually build
Pay on /sale/ for the marketing site. Brief: name, what the business does, photos, current URL if any, domain or host. Draft. One revision. Most standard jobs finish in under 72 hours when the brief is clear. A person proofs it. Phone 813-451-2204. Forms notify tampasbestdj@gmail.com.
If all you need is one scroll, skip the $1,000 path. $27 for the page they host, +$27 lifetime hosting on our server if you want it ($54). It is not a revision round on a full layout. It is not Shopify. A cart, app, or members portal is quoted separately. See when you need Shopify and $27 vs $500.
$100 down starts the full $1,000 job. That is not the sale. The $500 price is pay-in-full by September 30, 2026 only. We do not promise the landing page will “convert at 12%.” We do not promise #1 Google. Title, meta, Open Graph. That is the SEO in the job. Basic SEO is tags.
Hire path: /hire/. What to send so we are not guessing: the brief. Live work: /work/. Worldwide, 24/7. Bill is in Tampa / Zephyrhills. No public storefront.
