How we work
The brief is the clock. Not the first email.
People pay, then they send a paragraph about their “vision.” The clock does not start. A website brief is a pile of facts a builder can typeset without guessing. Name. What you do. Photos of the actual work. The number you pick up. Hours. The domain or host. That is the list. A mood board is not the list.
The 72 hours are a process, not a slogan. They start when payment is in and those facts are usable. Waiting a week on photos is not a 72-hour job. Asking for a cart or an app is a different quote. Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. Most standard marketing sites finish in under 72 hours when the brief is clear. “I’ll send pictures later” is not clear.
Send these, in one place
- The name as it should appear in the title and the first heading — the one on the checks and the Google listing
- One sentence: what you do, for whom, where
- Three to ten photos from your phone of the work, the room, the food, the truck. Daylight. No stock
- Hours, including the closed stretch if you are seasonal
- The phone as digits we can make into a real tel link
- Towns you actually serve — not the whole state
- The current URL if any, and whether you still control the domain at the registrar
- The booking or quote tool you already answer, if you have one. We will point at it. We will not rebuild it at this price
A logo is optional. A typed name is a mark. Read you do not need a logo to get a website. Kids’ faces need parent permission. License numbers only if you want them public. We will typeset what you hold. We will not invent a contractor number or a “#1” badge.
| You sent | Clock | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Name, photos, phone, hours, domain | Starts | Draft, one revision, live |
| A vision paragraph, no photos | Does not start | We wait. That wait is yours |
| “Make it pop” | Does not start | We still need the facts |
| A cart, app, or members area | Different job | Quoted. Not $500* |
| Stock photos of a city you do not live in | Starts poorly | Send the jobs you actually finished |
What we will not chase
We will not log into a designer’s laptop you cannot reach. If the last person vanished, send the registrar login you still have, or we rebuild. Read when the designer disappeared. We will not guess your hours from Facebook. We will not write medical claims, guaranteed returns, or ranking promises. Basic SEO is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. Not a map-pack prize.
If you already live in Square, Vagaro, Jobber, OpenTable, or a Google Form, say so. The site sends people there. A second calendar you will not check is how jobs get lost. A chat widget nobody staffs is a closed shop. Tap-to-call and a form that notifies tampasbestdj@gmail.com are the default contact path. Phone 813-451-2204 is how this shop does it on our own pages.
After you pay
You brief. We draft. You send one list of changes. We apply it. That is the round. Extra rounds are quoted. Live work from this shop is on /work/ — Dodo, Pets Helping Pets, Tampa’s Best DJ, LazerMerch. Those are our sites, not fake client revenue. Labeled samples at /examples/ are layouts, not clients.
$100 down starts the $1,000 job. That is not the sale. $500 is pay-in-full by September 30, 2026 only. A one-page if you only have hours and a phone is $27. +$27 lifetime hosting ($54). Worldwide, 24/7. Put the facts in the brief. Then the clock can run.
