What you buy
One page if the list is short. More pages if a stranger needs a map.
People treat page count like a status symbol. Ten pages must be a real company. One page must be a side hustle. That is not how strangers use a site. They want the name, what you do, proof you do it, and a way to reach you. Extra pages they will never open do not make that faster. Empty About and News pages make it slower. A one-page that has the facts beats a six-page site with lorem on four of them.
Cheap Fast Websites sells a standard marketing site for $1,000, or $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. This shop sells both shapes on purpose. A one-page can be the $27 pack. A one-page can also be a designed marketing site if the list is short and you still want a layout that does not look like a template interview. A multi-page is the same marketing site with rooms: services, a gallery, a contact page that is not a guess. Neither is a cart, an app, or a members area at this price. Those get a quote.
What a one-page is actually for
A one-page is a list. Name. One sentence about the work. Hours. A phone a thumb can hit. Three to eight photos of the real work. A form or the booking tool you already answer. Towns you actually serve. Then stop. That is enough for a food truck, a weekend event, a contractor who needs a URL for Google Business, a church that only needs times and a map, a DJ who already books by text. Read what to put on a one-page if you want the leave-off list too.
The $27 pack is that product. You host it. +$27 lifetime hosting on our server if you want it ($54). After you pay, you answer a short interview. A simple page is drafted from that. It is not a revision round on a full layout. It is not the $1,000 job with fewer sections. Mixing those is how everyone gets annoyed. See $27 vs $500.
A one-page is not a landing page. A landing page hides everything except one offer, often for an ad. A one-page website still shows hours and a phone. Hiding the number because a guru said “one CTA” is how a plumber loses the Saturday call. Read landing page vs a website. A one-page is also not an insult. Agencies use “brochure” as a put-down. For most service shops it is the whole job. What a brochure website is.
- Buy one page if a stranger can finish the visit on one scroll.
- Buy one page if you will not write a blog. A blank News page is a closed sign. Do I need a blog is usually no.
- Buy one page if you have three photos, not thirty, and one trade, not a catalog.
- Skip one page if a customer has to hunt among different hours, locations, or a long service list.
When more than one page is the honest product
You need more than one URL when the first screen would drown. Three locations with different hours. A gallery that is the proof, not three photos in a row. A service list that needs its own room so a roofing customer does not have to scroll past pressure washing. A contact page with a map that would crowd the offer. That is still a brochure. It is just a brochure with doors.
More pages are not a ranking prize. Basic SEO here is a title, a meta description, and Open Graph. We do not promise #1 Google because you bought six URLs. Stuffing towns on fake city pages is junk. We will not do it. One honest service page beats five keyword copies. If the extra page would sit empty after launch, do not buy it. Empty pages teach Google and humans the same lesson: this shop is not finished.
| One-page | Multi-page | |
|---|---|---|
| Job | Hours, phone, offer, photos on one scroll | Same job, with rooms: services, gallery, contact |
| This shop | $27 pack, or a short marketing site | The $1,000 / $500* marketing site |
| When it is done | Built for this weekend on the pack | Usually under 72 hours if the brief is clear |
| Revisions | A simple page from the interview | One round on the full job |
| Pick it if | The list is short and you will keep it current | A stranger needs a map of the company |
| Skip if | You will then ask for ten nested pages in the interview | You wanted a cart, app, or members area — quoted |
Price is not a page-count invoice
We do not charge per page like a print shop. The standard marketing website is $1,000. $500* if you pay in full by September 30, 2026. That sale is pay-in-full only. Not a payment plan. $100 down starts the $1,000 job ($900 due). That is not the sale. The pack is $27. Do not send a $27 receipt and a 12-page sitemap. Do not pay $500* for a page that should have been $27.
Most standard jobs finish in under 72 hours when the brief is clear. The brief is facts: name, what you do, photos, current URL if any, domain or host. A mood board is not the brief. See what to send. A person proofs the draft before a customer is told it is live. You still click at the registrar if you have a domain. DNS is not instant. After it is live, small changes are quoted. You do not get a CMS you have to patch every Tuesday at this price. If you wanted to live in an editor, read can I update it myself before you hire.

If you already have a sprawling site with dead pages, you do not automatically need more pages. You might need fewer, with a phone that works. A website for the business is still the same product either shape. Pick the shape the customer can finish. Then pay for that, not for a sitemap that looks busy in a PDF.
Free next step: paste the URL you have. Then pay $500* for the marketing site, or the $27 one-page if the list is short.
